The Company & Your Role:
We are a highly innovative company that values forward thinking problem solvers. We're looking for a Field Engineer to support our Senior Technical Manager.
You must have some experience with claim management, preferably with CRM, as we are transitioning into this system. You will be using CRM for sales, to enter and review claims, and to track field issues and testing. You will also be training employees internally and externally on CRM, so experience with instruction and good verbal communication skills are key to the role.
You should have good technical support skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on the fly. We need someone who is able to speak-up when needed and suggest improvements to procedures and processes.
Some light travel is required. You will be making visits to customers as requested by the sales team, so the ability to communicate well in person is expected.
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic field engineer.
Some tasks you will be handling on a regular basis include:
Reviewing tire claims for technical acceptance
Leading new and current sales personnel into the CRM transition
Assisting customer service with technical support
Supporting sales personnel with product field issues
Tracking field testing, when needed
Submitting field issues and testing reports in a timely manner
