Tire and Rubber Material Development & Application Engineer

You should have at least two years of experience with tire rubber compound testing. You should also have experience in tire rubber development. We’re looking for an analytically-minded and responsible candidate who works well in teams. You should also be comfortable working for an entrepreneurial-minded company, meaning that you are excited by agility and forward thinking. You will have an opportunity to provide input and your expertise into R&D efforts where your opinion will make a difference. You will be working with an internationally recognized tire company who will help you develop your skills and expand your knowledge base exponentially. You will be traveling 25% of your work time, both nationally and internationally, for this role.

Background Profile:

  • Strong analytical and judgment skills

  • Works well in a team environment

  • Has at least two years of tire rubber compound testing

  • Has experience with tire rubber development

  • May have statistical DOE experience, but this is not required

Travel Expectations:

  • Required Travel: Domestic and International: 25%
