Your responsibilities and duties will include being responsible for managing original equipment customers, being available to travel to customers sites approximately 74% of your work week, you will also be responsible for increasing original equipment sales. You should be able to propose and execute strategies for sales across the original equipment segment. You may work with the marketing and product management departments to design and execute new products and sales strategies. You should be ambitious, sales-driven, a great communicator and an exceptional negotiator.

Take into consideration what is best for customers when implementing an original equipment business plan
Support the overall original equipment sales effort in regard to leading the internal process/activities required to execute an annual sales plan
Be responsible for providing recommendations for the overall pricing strategy and the day-to-day execution of that strategy
Be responsible for avoiding or managing any conflict between various sales channels (Dealers, Service Distributors, other OEMs, National Accounts, etc.)
Have original equipment sales knowledge
Possess a creative and entrepreneurial mindset
Domestic travel required: 75%
