The Company & Your Role:
We are looking for a fierce, aggressive, talented, and highly communicative National Account Manager. You'll be managing all large accounts for our business. You’ll also be building new business and fostering and developing relationships with key personnel. You will be working for a well-recognized company with very high-quality brands and a winner of John Deere Outstanding Supplier award i. We believe in promoting from within and supporting our outstanding employees. You will be traveling approximately fifty percent of your work time.
As our National Account Manager, you will attract new big customers and ensure that existing customers receive the very best customer service possible. You will retain our current customers and sales. It’s your job to make sure that all of our customers are happy and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. That being said, we need someone who shines when it comes to building customer relationships. You should be comfortable working with large level purchasers of all kinds.
Some of the duties you will perform in this role include the following:
You will actively seek out and secure new, large, national accounts and represent the company to potential customers.
You will develop relationships with our current customers and keep them happy.
You will develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
You will sell company supported products.
You'll meet currently established sales and gross profit goals.
You'll evaluate customer needs and make recommendations.
You will ensure that the highest standard of customer service is being provided.

Must have previous commercial/material National Account management experience
Should have a strong desire to win and land new business
The ability to take ownership of clients and take responsibility for outcomes
Some established relationships with targeted customers preferred or the ability to create and build relationships quickly with targets
Should have a strong, independent work ethic
Experience working with a major manufacturer
Required Travel: Domestic and International: 50%
