As the OEM Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing existing accounts while developing business plans for product segment growth and targeting new clients. Your experience should offer a wide knowledge for the development of application specific, purpose built product solutions, sales support, and produce leads. The promotion of aligned business strategies will mesh with current aftermarket channels while promoting OEM product competitiveness. The promotion of OE sales should be your primary focus, with the development of a business plan that is suited to the success of both your department and the company as a whole.

This is a remote job position, which requires travel and allows you to work from any location with an internet connection and access to an airport. This enables you to live in whatever city suits you and removes most of the typical commute issues, such as late buses and crowded subways or freeways.
Your schedule will be more flexible than the typical 9-5 job, which tends to lower stress levels and makes employees more productive. You will still be expected to meet with clients during their business hours and meet productivity requirements.
