Territory Sales Manager | Northeast

We are currently seeking a Territory Manager for our Northeast division.

We are currently seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager that inspires team members to reach goals. This position requires the professional management for all sales functions for our company within your territory.

Your prior experience will enable you to develop training programs and instruct your team on new techniques and improved communication skills. Strong leadership skills will cause your sales team to reach new sales heights while maintaining positive relationships with both new and existing clients. Your attitude and professional demeanor inspire others to emulate both your character as well as your sales record.

This position requires forecasting, creating strategic business plans and objectives, as well as meeting or exceeding sales goals. We need a dynamic, high energy person who is enthusiastic has a full understanding of customer relations, manages change rather than resisting it, and has excellent problem-solving skills. Budget making skills and monitoring expenses, identify and communicate product needs with Production Management, as well as identifying and developing new customers and/or markets are also part of your responsibility.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who knows how to work independently or as part of a team. You will need exceptional interpersonal skills and a tilt towards satisfying customers. To accomplish this, we need a candidate who has excellent oral and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, including stellar organizational skills. You should have a reputation for attention to detail, as well as your reliable, professional manner.

Community:

This is a remote position, which requires travel and allows you to work from any location within the territory where you have access to a major airport.

Background Profile:

  • 5-10 Years Experience in Sales/Sales Management/Customer Service

  • You must be willing to live within the territory near a major airport

  • 4 Year Undergraduate degree preferred

  • Tire industry knowledge is preferable

  • Must be reliable, professional, and assertive

Travel Expectations:

  • Domestic Travel Required: 50%
