The Company & Your Role:
We're looking for the perfect Light Truck Tire Engineer to join our team. You'll be working for one of the top ten highest rated tire manufacturing companies in the world. You'll have a lot of responsibility and opportunities for advancement, so we need someone who is motivated, great at customer service, and is comfortable speaking to and interacting with customers. You should understand your product and be well versed in tire components and construction.
Some of the expectations and tasks we have for you in this role include the following:
Perform all phases of tire product development.
Design mold tread patterns and cavity profiles.
Develop tire components and constructions to meet customer requirements.
Perform cured tire analysis.
Perform cause and effect analysis.
Directly and closely interact with customers.
Represent the company to industry and trade organizations.
Represent the company to standardizing bodies.

Strong computer, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability and desire to achieve the desired results set forth by the management team
You must be familiar with FEM and Simulation software, CATIA and all Microsoft Office applications
2+ years experience as a light truck tire or passenger tire engineer
