As the founder of Tire Talent, Mike Cioffi brings over a decade’s worth of automotive + tire industry knowledge and experience. Mike’s commitment to the Tire industry is his sole focus. This allows him and his team to dive deep into the industry and help business leaders find, develop, and retain top talent. In his free time, Mike is a loving husband and enjoys almost anything that has to do with the great outdoors. Mike Cioffi also has an M.B.A from the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business.
IRENA STOJANOSKA
Recruitment and Sourcing Director
Irena is a creative Recruiting & Sourcing Manager and her mission is to discover and connect with talents in the industry. She believes that building a good relationship is the key to success. While she’s not busy connecting, you will find her cooking or spending time with friends and family.

Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist
With a seamless transition into her role, Sara brings a wealth of experience from her previous positions in business development and healthcare. Her 20 years in the healthcare industry have refined her skills in customer relations, making her an invaluable asset to our team. Sara enjoys connecting with people and achieving tangible results. This, combined with her business development expertise, ensures she excels in identifying and attracting top talent. Outside of her professional life, Sara loves spending quality time with her family, finding joy and balance in their company. Operations Coordinator
Steve ensures the process is followed in day-to-day basis. With a background in emergency medicine he finds himself at home finding solutions for problems both simple and complex. In his free time he enjoys travelling and spending time with his family

Recruitment Manager
Joanna Salerno joined Tire Talent as a Candidate Manager when the company was first starting out. Joanna specializes in Executive Search, specifically working within the Tire Industry and recruits for Tier 1 Manufacturers to major wholesalers. Her goal is to connect with amazing tire people and bridge them with amazing companies. In her free time, Joanna is a devoted wife to her husband and loving mother to a beautiful baby girl. She also enjoys photography and interior design.

Aly has been in the recruiting/staffing industry for more than five years. She thrive in an environment where she can take on new challenges and finding the right talent is her forte. In her free time, Aly likes to go hiking, camping, or watching feel-good movies.
