As the founder of Tire Talent, Mike Cioffi brings over a decade’s worth of automotive + tire industry knowledge and experience. Mike’s commitment to the Tire industry is his sole focus. This allows him and his team to dive deep into the industry and help business leaders find, develop, and retain top talent. In his free time, Mike is a loving husband and enjoys almost anything that has to do with the great outdoors. Mike Cioffi also has an M.B.A from the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business.

Joanna Salerno joined Tire Talent as a Candidate Manager when the company was first starting out. Joanna specializes in Executive Search, specifically working within the Tire Industry and recruits for Tier 1 Manufacturers to major wholesalers. Her goal is to connect with amazing tire people and bridge them with amazing companies. In her free time, Joanna is a devoted wife to her husband and loving mother to a beautiful baby girl. She also enjoys photography and interior design.
